Manthani, September 20:
On the occasion of Milad-un-Nabi, a Jalsa Seerat-un-Nabi program was organized in Manthani town of Peddapalli district on Sunday. The program was held at the SLB Function Hall in the town under the auspices of Sheikh Yaqub Pasha, President of Saleha Majeed Committee. On this occasion, religious leaders participated and explained the life history of Prophet Muhammad, his teachings and human values.

A spiritual atmosphere prevailed in the function hall during the Jalsa Seerat-un-Nabi program. Religious leaders explained the path shown by Prophet Muhammad and the messages he gave to the society through his life. They advised everyone to practice human values like love, kindness, compassion, tolerance, brotherhood, support for the poor, and respect for others in their lives.

Religious leaders stated that everyone’s role is crucial in promoting peace, unity and brotherhood in society. They suggested that people should move forward with mutual respect, setting aside differences between people, and following values such as good conduct, honesty and discipline from family to society. The speakers explained on this occasion that the life of Prophet Muhammad is not just a matter related to a religion but stands as a symbol of human values. They said that there is a need to convey the aspects of peace, tolerance, kindness and service in his teachings to today’s generation. They especially called on the youth to walk on a good path and be partners in the development of society. They said that children will follow the conduct under the guidance of their parents, and that parents’ focus on the future of their children is essential.

In order to enhance the understanding of the life history, teachings and moral values of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) among the students and to bring out their talents, a ‘Seerat Un Nabi Talent Exam’ was organized in Manthani town on the 13th of this month under the auspices of Jamiat Ulama of Peddapalli District. During this program, valuable prizes were given to the students who secured first, second and third positions in each group in this exam, which was conducted in three groups. In addition, an incentive prize was given to each student who participated in the exam.

Religious leaders who attended the program offered special prayers and wished for peace and brotherhood in the society. The members and organizers of the Saleha Majeed Committee worked hard to make the Jalsa Seerat-un-Nabi program a success. Along with religious leaders, representatives of the Muslim community, committee members, youth, elders, etc. participated in the program. The program ended peacefully and solemnly amidst devotion.

Saleh Majeed Committee Naib Sadar Saab Hafiz, Vice President Azam, Committee Members Nizam, Anjad Pasha, Junaid, Sonu, Imam Mozam Latif, Jamiat Ulema District President Lai Khulla, Mukti Sadiq, Maulana Jamil, Maulana Qayyum, Maulana Rizwan, and a large number of local minority brothers and sisters participated in the program.
