Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy said that a GO has been issued to remove the difficulties faced in construction. He said that the GOVT has allowed the release of funds under one-time clearance for the builders of houses that have reached the basement or above. He said that this relaxation will be applicable only once. He said that the houses that are not constructed will be cancelled and allotted to others.
