Vensur / Khammam Vensur: Minister Tummala Nageswara Rao has taken steps to provide relief to the farmers of Vensur mandal who are facing difficulties due to dry boreholes due to lack of rainfall. He instructed the irrigation officials to make immediate arrangements to send Godavari water to the Betupalli tank and from there provide irrigation water to Vensur mandal through the NTR Canal. He advised that necessary steps should be taken immediately to prevent irrigation water problems for the farmers. The minister instructed the officials to work in coordination to protect the crops of the farmers. He clarified that steps should be taken to prevent any delay in the supply of irrigation water.
