Gajuwaka, (Punnami Representative): MLA Palla Srinivasa Rao said that the right to vote is the most valuable right in democracy and there is a need to work to ensure that everyone who is eligible is registered in the voters’ list. He spoke at an awareness meeting organized on the Special Comprehensive Revision (SCR) of the Voters’ List program. He advised the party ranks to conduct a thorough examination at the booth level to ensure that there are no errors or irregularities in the voters’ list. He asked that steps be taken to register newly qualified voters as voters and to ensure that the list is completely transparent. He stated that the voters’ list plays a key role in protecting democracy. He said that the SCR program will be implemented strictly within the constituency and made a success. On this occasion, party leaders and activists participated in the program and expressed their views.
