Honorable Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan’s special initiative for the development of rural areas. The Maisamma tank, which was beautified at a cost of Rs. 73 lakhs under the Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchai Yojana (PMKSY) scheme in Fakhruddin Palem village of Pithapuram Rural Mandal, was inaugurated by Andhra Pradesh State Deputy Chief Minister and Jana Sena Party President Shri Pawan Kalyan. Kakinada Parliament Member Shri Tangella Uday Srinivas participated in this program. MP Uday Srinivas inspected the public facilities like walking track, open gym, children’s park and other facilities set up as part of the beautification of the tank. Speaking on the occasion, MP Shri Tangella Uday Srinivas said that it is commendable to develop tanks in rural areas to provide the necessary infrastructure facilities for the people as well as an environment suitable for health, pleasure and entertainment. MP Sri Tangella Uday Srinivas thanked Deputy Chief Minister Sri Pawan Kalyan for giving special priority to development programs in Pithapuram constituency to improve the living standards of the people. He hoped that the programs for the development of ponds, greenery and creating a healthy environment for the benefit of the people would continue.
