Lack of basic facilities.. Minister Ponguleti should immediately inspect the hostels for neglecting officials: Gunda Upender Reddy Tirumalayapalem: TWMF district in-charge Gunda Upender Reddy alleged that students are facing serious difficulties due to lack of basic facilities in welfare hostels. After inspecting the BC Welfare Hostel in the mandal center, he expressed concern over the conditions in the hostel. He said that the toilets are especially dirty and stinking, and that the windows and fans in the rooms are not working properly, causing students to suffer from heatstroke. He said that there is a risk of health problems among students due to sanitation deficiencies. He said that the fact that the problems have not been resolved even after four months since the start of the academic year is a testament to the negligence of the officials. He urged the government to immediately provide basic facilities and install CCTV cameras keeping in mind the health and safety of the students. Gunda Upender Reddy demanded that Local Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy immediately inspect the hostels and resolve the problems.
