Khammam: The three-day bank employees’ strike across the country from Monday has been postponed. The unions had planned to go on strike on the 28th, 29th and 30th of this month. However, bank officials in Khammam city said that the strike has been postponed after an understanding was reached between the Indian Banks Association (IBA) and the United Forum of Bank Unions (UFBU) on key issues. With this, bank operations will continue as usual from Monday. Bank officials have asked customers and the public to take note of the postponement of the strike. The latest decision has come as a relief to customers who had expected disruption in banking services due to the three-day strike.
