A Public Grievance Redressal Platform (PGRS) was organized in Bondam Gram Panchayat of Araku Valley Mandal on Monday. The program organized on the orders of District Collector Nishanti T., IAS, was attended by MPDO Weesam Prasad, Tehsildar G. Rajasreedhar, Deputy MPDO K.V.A. Satyanarayana and officials of various departments. A total of 29 complaints were received from the public. Out of these, 10 were received from RWS, 4 from Tribal Welfare Engineering, 4 from Panchayat Raj Engineering, 3 from Revenue, 2 from Electricity, 2 from Housing, and other departments. The officials suggested that each complaint be sent to the relevant departments and steps should be taken for quick resolution.
