Kuntala: Mudhol MLA Pawar Rama Rao Patel said that the struggle of Telangana’s struggle hero Chakali Ailamma is inspiring for today’s generations. The unveiling of the statue of Chakali Ailamma was held on Thursday at the Kuntala mandal center. MLA Pawar Rama Rao Patel, who attended the program as the chief guest, garlanded the statue of Chakali Ailamma and paid tribute. Speaking on the occasion, the MLA said that Chakali Ailamma’s struggle is not limited to one community or one society. He said that she fought bravely for the rights of the people who were oppressed during the Nizam’s rule. He said that Ailamma’s life, which stood up for the people against injustice, is an ideal for today’s generations. He said that it is the responsibility of everyone to put Chakali Ailamma’s ideals into practice, rather than limiting them to birth anniversary and death anniversary programs. He said that the government should officially organize the birth anniversary celebrations of Chakali Ailamma and organize programs to inform future generations about the history of her struggle. The program was attended by mandal sarpanches, former ZPTCs, MPPs, MPTCs, mandal senior leaders, association members, activists, etc.
