✍️Vasantotsavam was celebrated grandly on Thursday as part of the ongoing Brahmotsavams at Sri Swayambhu Valli Devasena Sametha Subrahmanyeswara Swamy Temple located in Mallam village of Chittamuru mandal. The temple premises became bustling with devotees, and a spiritual atmosphere prevailed with special poojas and Vedic mantra chanting. Under the auspices of temple chairman Kamireddy Munisekhar Reddy, the temple priests and Vedic scholars traditionally conducted the Vasantotsavam programs. Former Sarpanch Kamireddy Sunil Reddy also participated as part of the Subrahmanyeswara Vasantotsavam. First, special poojas and abhishekadi programs were performed for the Utsavamurtis, and then the Vasantotsavam was celebrated grandly amidst the chanting of Vedic scholars. Vasantotsavam for the newlyweds Vasantotsavam was poured on the newlyweds who visited the temple as part of the Vasantotsavam. On this occasion, the couple visited the Lord and participated in special poojas. This program, which was held according to the temple traditions, impressed the devotees. Devotees gathered in large numbers to witness the Vasantotsavam program. Devotees eagerly watched the special pujas performed for the festival idols and the program of pouring spring water on the newlyweds. The entire program was very grand and a feast for the eyes. The temple administrators said that the programs held as part of the Brahmotsavam are particularly impressive to the devotees. The temple staff and administrators made arrangements so that the devotees do not face any difficulties.
