*Complaint that the land allotted by the government has been encroached* *Worry that justice has not been done despite approaching the collector’s office several times* *Sullurupet, September 28:* A disabled person from Poluru village, Padanuru Chengaiah, has expressed his concern that the land allotted to his family by the government has been encroached upon, and despite bringing the issue to the attention of the authorities several times, the issue has not been resolved. He said that he does not have any immovable property and that the land allotted to him by the government belonging to a poor family is the basis. He requested the higher authorities to intervene in this matter and provide him justice. According to the details given by Chengaiah about the allotment of land in 1996, the government had allotted a 3 cent house plot (Layout-1) in the name of his wife Padanuru Fatima in 1996. However, he alleged that some part of that land has now gone into the possession of others. He said that he is a disabled person and is facing difficulties in maintaining his family as well as his own house. Chengaiah said that despite going to the collector’s office several times, he had approached the collector’s office several times to resolve the land issue. He said that he had met the officials on June 9, August 23, 2025, February 24, 2025, and August 10, 2026 and explained his problem. However, he expressed his regret that he had not received a complete solution so far. Seeking an investigation into the land documents, Chengaiah said that he had doubts about the documents, surveys, and transactions related to the land. Mentioning the names of Gokula Tirupal, Sridevi (ERO), Rajagopal, surveyors Balaji, Rama Rao and others in his complaint, he requested a comprehensive investigation into the relevant land documents and transactions. He said that there were suspicions that irregularities had been committed in the matter related to about 10 acres of land. However, an official explanation from the relevant persons is yet to be received on these allegations. Request to conduct a survey and determine the boundaries Chengaiah wants the land allotted by the government in his wife’s name to be officially surveyed and the boundaries to be determined. If the investigation reveals that there has been encroachment, legal action should be taken and their land should be returned to them. They requested that the records related to the land, registration documents, and the petitions submitted by them in the past be examined. Request for the intervention of the CM, Deputy CM, and Minister Chengaiah said that he is a poor and disabled person and does not even have his own house. He has taken his problem to the attention of Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu, Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, and Minister Nara Lokesh and requested them to do justice. He requested the concerned authorities to conduct a thorough investigation, ascertain the facts based on government records, and do him justice. Many people in the locality are also demanding that the official records regarding the house land allotted by the government be examined and steps be taken to ensure that justice is done to the eligible beneficiary.
