Khammam: The birth anniversary of Konda Laxman Bapuji, who was a pioneer in the movement for the establishment of Telangana state, was celebrated on Sunday at the BRS party district office in Khammam. On this occasion, former BRS city president Pagadala Nagaraju and former Zilla Parishad chairman Lingala Kamal Raju garlanded Bapuji’s portrait and paid tributes. They remembered the struggle and public service of Konda Laxman Bapuji for the establishment of Telangana state. They called for continuing his ideals and working for the development of Telangana. BRS leaders and activists participated in the program.
