Khammam: With the Ganesh Navratri festivities coming to an end, BJP Khammam Two Town General Secretary Rudragani Madhav Rao has urged devotees to take appropriate precautions during the Ganesh immersion program to be held on Wednesday. Speaking to a Punnami representative on Tuesday, he extended his best wishes and congratulations to all the devotees who have immersed Ganesha with devotion for nine days. He advised them not to get overly excited during the immersion and to follow the instructions of the police and officials. He urged them to be vigilant about water depth, electric poles and vehicle traffic. Special attention should be paid to the safety of children, women and the elderly. Rudragani Madhav Rao hoped that everyone should act responsibly and safely send the Ganesha to the lap of Gangamma to prevent any untoward incidents.
