At a ‘Prajavani’ program organized at the conference hall of the Warangal District Collectorate on Monday, representatives of the Democratic Human Rights Council (DHRC NGO) submitted a memorandum to the Additional Collector on the problems at MGM Hospital. On the orders of National Chairman Ailineni Srinivasa Rao, Joint District In-charge Dagala Srinivas and Hanmakonda District Chairman Padma Mahipal submitted the complaint. Speaking on the occasion, they expressed their concern that patients have been suffering badly for the last two years due to lack of proper facilities at MGM Hospital, which is located in the joint districts. Recently, the roof of the Arogyasri ward collapsed and patients were injured, the cleanliness in the hospital surroundings increased, and the ACs and lifts in the super specialty department were not working properly, causing poor and middle-class people to take their lives in their hands while receiving treatment. They asked for an immediate response to these dire conditions, improving the hospital and making medicine accessible to the common man. DHRC representatives Tulasi Kalyani, Byri Radhika, B. Laxman, Noone Ranjith Kumar and others participated in this program.
